We provide our training and assessment services across our projects by offering a broad range of courses that are nationally recognised qualifications under the Australian Qualifications Framework.

Training Delivery
We are able to provide onsite/offsite training as per Client’s requirements.
Our Trainers
Our Trainers are industry experts and are required to hold the unit or qualification or equivalent they are training and have current industry knowledge and skills.
All of our trainers, and assessors, hold:

TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor or
-
TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units:
-
TAELLN411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401A, and
-
TAEASS502 (or its sucessor) or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B or
-
A Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education

LWG Trainers will be provided to facilate any training required for Site personnel as per the instruction of Site Training Team.
NEW TO INDUSTRY PROGRAM
Our New to Industry Program (NIP) is designed to specifically cater for different learning styles, and to make the training hands-on and culturally appropriate. The program is an onsite training program under a labour hire agreement in which the trainee remains under close supervision throughout their training
